On September14th I attended the Taste of Rockland at the Pearl River Hilton in Rockland County New York. Working for ARC foundation I filmed many interviews with tons of fabulous restaurants from the area. Unfortunately I am limited on how long my videos can be online so I did have to leave out a few. Here is the video from last monday’s event.

A NIGHT OUT AT THE HIBACHI

Matsuya Japanese Steakhouse is a treat to go to when we can. they are a bit pricey but hibachi’s usually are. But thankfully after a wonderful gift card from my in-laws for our anniversary and a %15 coupon for our anniversary we were able to take a night out. It just so happen that my brother in law was there with his wife celebrating her birthday. The food is so delicious from the soup in the beginning to the fried rice, filet mignon, shrimp and noodles. 
I recorded our dinner being cooked for you all to experience. Although my sanyo xacti camera isnt the best in low light.
