This was a great networking event put together by NJWedding.com I first discovered the event from their twitter account @njwedding . I wanted to introduce myself to other business so that I can show them what I can do for them as far as instruction on Social Media and how to use it properly regarding a business. My topic was a hit! I was emerged in conversations for a long time with many individuals who are very frustrated about facebook and twitter. They are all signed up but they don’t know how to get recognized or how to use it. I explained the benefits for a person with a business no matter what business it is. I told them that as part of my services I sit down and teach them how to sign up for accounts, how to link the accounts together and how to start searching twitter and facebook to follow the right people to get you going in the social media world. I was lucky enough to get around the room and meet with many of the vendors tables. I stumbled upon A Cake Dream and wow the cupcakes and cookies were delicious. They are also doing the right thing because they are also on twitter @acakedream

Today was a perfect day for an outdoors event and I attended the perfect one, The Rutherford New Jersey Street Fair on Park Ave.. The wonderful smell of grilled food, popcorn and cotton candy filled the air while live music echoed throughout the parks of Rutherford. Thousands packed the streets of this main thorough fair. I had the wonderful pleasure of photographing the local businesses in the area from fabulous restaurants to local merchants. Begernfest is an amazing event. I had the pleasure of being invited to this event last year by my friends at Sweet Avenue Bake Shop. Merchants from all over Northern New Jersey. Award winning restaurants, Salons, Spas, Cafes, Bakeries and even a fashion show. This was not only a wonderful place to taste some great food and wine, it was also a place to network with other business owners and individual residents of New Jersey. This year Quintano Media will be the Videographer and Photographer of the event and will also have a presentation table as well. So come to the The Estate of Florentine Gardens 97 Rivervale Rd., Rivervale, NJ. The event is sponsored by Bergen Health & Life Magazine . Big Bob Gibson Barbecue at the Big Apple BBQ Block Party New York City 2009 from Anthony Quintano on Vimeo.

Today I attended the Big Apple Block Party New York City at Madison Square Park the food was delicious especially from Big Bob Gibson’s Bar-B-Q the Sauce and the pork are just amazing. This event is fun if you love BBQ. I always make sure to get a fast pass every year because the regular lines are usually more than an hour long per stand and is not worth the wait. I will be posting a short video of the event today with an introduction to Chris Lilly with Big Bob Gibsons.

Kim and I headed over to the Bellagio for brunch.. waited about an  hour and a half before eating. It was delicious food but I would not wait in line that long for it again. we then headed into the gardens to see it during the day.

After the Bellagio kim and I went to the luxor and saw the titanic exhibit which was actually pretty moving they had this huge piece of the actual side of the ship hanging for display. The exhibit will be there for the next 10 years I would definitely check it out if you haven’t already.

We then went to the other end of the strip to the wynn which was modern, classy and very new. they had some great mojitos in there lake view lounge area to the right of the reception desks. They have a light show which they put on in that lake area at night starting at 8pm they werent that impressive but you do get a different show every hour.

We also caught the shows in front of treasure island and mirage. We werent very pleased with how treasure island has updated thier hotel. the show has basically turned into a strip show and has nothing to do with pirates anymore. They have taken down the skull and bones and replaced their sign with “TI” which isnt all that impressive. Enjoy some of our photos.

Sweet Avenue Bake Shop at cooking for kids event from Anthony Quintano on Vimeo.

This was a few firsts for me. This is my first time properly exporting my footage from the EX1 and canon 5d mark II. this video includes shots using both camera’s. Both cameras that I will be using to film weddings from this point forward. I also used After effects for the first time since my certification course.  I have to thank Danielle and Jake for inviting me along to this event. Kim and I had a blast tasting all the great food from award winning restaraunts in Northern NJ. I really wanted to put the camera to the test and we got some great footage of these awesome bakers doing their thing. The cupcakes were a hit that evening. If you have yet to try these cupcakes you must visit Sweet Avenue Bake Shop in Rutherford, NJ.

Today was a beautiful day I was out wearing a t-shirt it was so warm. Unfortunately the mood was very dreary

since the Jets season was on the line. We managed to get a few interviews before the game began. My Uncle Kevin was up visiting with my cousins.



We decided to get them tickets to the game since we knew they would enjoy it more than we would. We also visited the ESPN tent for the third time this season getting a final interview with Don La Greca. We were lucky enough to see some of the Jets Flight Crew who were very nice so I took a few pictures for them.

who as always let us enjoy there feast. We thank them both for treating us like a part of their family and we look forward to visiting them next year.
